APPROVING ON -SATE 3.2 LIQUOR LICENSE AND
WINE LICENSE FOR NEW DYNASTY, INC.

WiIBREASo the applicant has paid all feet and provided all required insurance oerdflcaes,
and
WIEREAS, a public bearing was conducted and the City Council flnds no reason to deny the
license. -
NOW 'IIISMORE. BE 1T RESOLVED by the city Council of the City of Plymouth that an
on -sale 3.2 liquor Bceme and wine limn an hereby approved tot New Dynasty, Inc., 14370
28th Avenue North. The on -scab 3.2 liquor finesse :ball be issued for the period throgh June
30, 1995, and the wine license shall be issued for the period through January 31, 1993.
