APPROVING PLANS AND SPECMCATIONS AND
ORDERING ADVERTIMME 1'P FOR BIDS
NORTH HIGHWAY SS FRONTAGE ROAD
RELOCATION EAST OF SOUTH SHORE DRIVE
CITY PROJECT NO, 406
WHMW, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on April 4, 1994, the
City's Consulting Brgineev, SbW, Roscoe, Fausch, Inc., has prepared plats and
sped iakdons for the construction of North highway SS Frontage Road, east of South
Shore Drive and has presented such phuu and specifications to the Council for
Approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BB IT EMMY RBSOLVBD BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTHi, MINNESOTA:
1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and
made a pat hereof, are hereby approved.
2. The City Cleric shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official
paper and in Mm maruction Rullefln an advertisement for bids upon
the makbg of such improvement under such approved putts and
specifications. The advertisement shall be published twice, shall specify
the work to be done, shall state :hat bids will be received by the City
Clark until 10:00 a.m, on August 3, 1994, at which time they will be
publicly opened in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Canter
building at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota, by the City
Manager and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with
the City Clerk and accompanied by a cub deposit, cashier's check, bid
bond or cetifled check payable to the City Cie& for five percent of the
amount of such bid.
