WHEREAS, pursuant to an adverdsemeru for bids for the condrvction of Medica Road/CSAH
24 - Phase II and all necessary appurtenances, bids were received, opened and tabulated
according to law, and the following bids Caere received complying with the advertboom t:

WHEREAS; it appears that C.S. McCrossan Construction, Inc. of Osseo, MN is the lowed
responsible bidder, complying with the minimum specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE %VrY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA,:
1. The Mayor and City Clerk Rre hereby authorized' and directed to enter into the attached
contract with C.S. McCrossan Construction of Osseo, MN in the name of the City of
Plymouth for the construction of Medina Rad/CSAR 24 - Phase II, Street and Utility
Improvement Project according to the plans and specifications therefore approved by the
City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk in the amount of $1,727,093.33.
2. The City Cleric Is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders and the
deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successNI bidder and the next
lowest bidder shall be retained undt a contract has been signed.
