RESOLUTION AWARDING BID
1994 CRACK REPAIR PROGRAM
WHEREAS, pursuant to ze advertisement br bids for the coowtctioo of the 1994 Crack
Repair Program and all necessary appurteamm, bids Mese mewed, opened and tabulated
accdint to law, and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement:
Northwest Asphalt Maintenance, Inc. $439005.00
Bergman Companies 479580.00
Astech Asphalt Surface Tech. Corp. 56,120.UO
Allied Blacktop 58,926.00
Barter, Inc. 949062.00
WHEREAS; it appears that Northwest Asphalt Maintenance, Inc. of Goodridge, MN is the
lowest responsible bidder, complying with the minimum specifintions.
NOW, THBRBPORB, BE IT HEREBY RBSOLVBD BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA,:
1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorised and directed to enter into rhe attached
contract with Northwest Asphalt Maintenance, Inc. of Goodridge, MN in the name of the
City of Plymouth for the 1994 Crack Repair Program accordlnt to the plan and
specifications therefore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City
Clerk in the amount of $43,003.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders and the
deposits made with their bids, except that tho deposits of the successNI bidder and the next
lowest oldder shall be retained until a contract has been Aped.
Adopted by the City Counc-81 on July 11, 1994.
