WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.831, Michele Fcver of Opus Corporation has, petitioned
do City Council for the vacation of the following drainage and utility moments:

AND WHEREAS; the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in
order,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby doe, establish the date
of August 15, 1994 st 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400
Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs
the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by low.
