WHEREAS, pursuant to a raohrtiom of the Coumcl adopted July 11, 1994 a report bas

received by tae Council on July 11, 1994.
NOW, 7WMEPORB, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, W NNESOTA:
1. The City Council finds and determines that mid petition was signed by
all the -qnm of ►-.4d property within the plat named as the location of
the improvements.
Z. Such improvememt is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
rdoludom adopted July 11, 1994. The petitioners have waived their
right to a public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these
improvements. He shall Coordinate the wort which will be dome by
Northern States Power Company.
