DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND
ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT

QUAIL HOLLOW ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from Pamela B Project Moneger, the
developer, requesting installation of onumeoW residustW street lighting.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE TT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNC L OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, ADNNBSOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Quail Hollow Addition by the
installation of residential ornamental street lighting, tiled with the City Council on
July 11, 1994 is beieby declared to be sip W by the required percentage of owners
of property affected thereby. Ibis declaration is made in conformance to
Minnesota Staurses Section 429.035.
2. The petition is signed by 100lo of the affected property owners and they have
waived their righu to public impovemart and special assessment hearings.
3. The petition is beteby referred to the City Engineer and be lit instructed to report to
the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary
way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it sbould
best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and the
estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
