REDUCING DEN'EL0PMENT BOND
CURTIS LAKE SECOND ADDMON (91101)
WHEREAS, in accordar" with the development contract dated December 9, 1991. Blue and iced
Company, developer of Curtis Labe Second Addition (91101), has agreed to install certain improvements
for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the atm, utility and site grading as noted below;
and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed
wort;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; that the bonding requirements aro reduced as folkrns:
