REDUCING DEVELOPNUff BOND
PLYMOUTH OAKS ADDMOT (9307,:)
WHBRBA.S, in accordance with the development contract dated October 25, 19939 Dahlstrom Companies,
Inc., D.W. Peterson Homes, Inc. and Tony Biden Company, developer of Plymouth Oab Addition
(93078)0 has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and
Wi1ffitBAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below;
and
WIUWJW, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed
worts;
NOW, THERBFORB, BB IT HBRBBY RBSOLVBD BY THB CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, bUNNBSOTA; that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:
