ADOPTION OF AMZNDED OPEN BURNING ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, The Forestry Division is re:pclosible for the Open Burn Permit psocea, and
WHEREAS, In accordance with MN Staaaes 88.0148.22, 88.75. 88.76 and Minnesota
Uniform Fin Code, and
WHEREAS, the Forestry and Fire Divisions have reviewed the atnended� Open Burning
ordinance, and
WEIBREAS; the Open Burning Ordinance is in N11 accordance with the MN DNR -Division of
Forestry.
