WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Btbdw Internstiood Red ourant was approved under
Ave Approval Letter dated October 30,1991; and,
Wi UMAS, the developer submitted the requited Site Performanoe Gwantee in the
form of a Band 0 5732836 in the amount of $36,000.00; and,
WiEtBAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected tail fife and
rwommends release of the financial suaraotee;
