WHERF A,S, a Site Plan for Laukka-Williams Porkers Lab icor Pam Labe Nath 8th
Addition was approved under City Council Resolution 92-584; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the
form of a Saviop Certificate 0 4300042519 in the amount of $16,146.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff hu inspected mW site and
recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEIREPORB, BE IT iiEMY RESOLVED BY Tim CM COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, IOTA, that h should and hereby does authorize
the rsi u of the Saviop C Micate /4300042519 in the amount of $16,146.00, which
was submitted to guarantee site improvements for Laukka-Williams Pubm Labe fo
Porkers Labe North 8th Addition.
