CITY OF PLYMOUTH
APPROVING RPUD FINAL FLAT AND DEVELOPNOW CONTRACT FOR
LUNDGREN BROS. CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
SOUTH OF MEMA ROAD AT LAWNDALB LANE NORTH (MB) (RPUD 92-
3)
WHEREAS, Lundeen Bros. Construction Company has requested an RPM Final Plot
and Development Contract for Heathw Run 3rd Additbn located south of Medina Road
at Lai adde Nor*; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development C mw covering the
improvements raided to said plat;
NOW, ZiERBFORE, BE IT REMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the RPUD Final Plat and Development Contract for Heather Run 3rd Addition located
south of Medina Road at Lawndale North, and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for acid plot be approved, and that the
Mayor and City Manager be autbofined to eaearte the Development Contract on behalf
of the City.
Adopted by the City Council on July 11, 1994.
