WIDIREAS, Plymouth Presbyterian Church has requested a Prdimioary Plat for
Plymouth Presbyterian Church a plat for one lot and six oudots on 12.59 acres located
at the northwest coiner of Dunkirk Lane North and Rockford Road (County Road 9);
and
WHERBASO the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Bearing and recommemks approval;
NOWo 'IiERMFORB, BE, iT BBREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTB, bUNNESO`r*A4 that it should and hereby does approve
the request of Plymouth Presbyterian Church for a Preliminary Phu for one lot and six
outlots located at the northwest corner of Dunkirk Lane North and Rockford Road
(County Road 9), subject to the following conditions:
Compliance with the City Bvginea's Memorandum.
2. Removal of all hazardous trees from the property at the owner's expense.
3. No building permits shall be isared until a contract las been awarded far sewer
and water.
4. Payment of part dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with the
Dedication Policy in edict at the time of filing the Final Plat.
S. Street names shall comply with the City Street Naming System.
6. CogQmcs of Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor ebvations for
new structures on sites adjacent too or containing any open storm water drainage
facility.
7. No building permits shall be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded
with Hennepin County.
B. Incorpomdoo of tree protection provisions in the Final Plat and Development
Contract approval.
9. Dunkirk Court sluall be constructed to City standards.
