WHEREAS, the Cimarron But Homeowners Association has requested an Amended
Planned Unit Development Plan and Conditional Use Permit to allow expansion of
gxcft units located at 19th Avenue North west of Fe:nbrook Large.
The property is more specifically described as follows:
Cimarron Bast, including W Lots and Blocks, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
WHEREAS, the Pkming Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, TORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY TIS aTY COUNCIL OF
THE Cr Y OF PLYMOUTB, UNNESOTA, that it shouts and hereby does approve
the request of the Cimarron Ponds Had Homeowners Association for an Amended
Planned Unit vevelopment Pim and Conditional Use Permit to allow expansion of
specific units located at 19th Avow North west of Fernbrook Lane, subject to the
following conditions:
1. No other amendments or variancm aro panted or implied.
2. All applicable re"hemeo of the City and State a diding Codes shall be
implemseW aid enforced; no Code requirements are waived by this approval.
3. The PUD Prelimiiary Plan Amendmeit appropriately addresses the criteria of
the Zoning Ordinance for Conditional Use Permits and PiID Purrs.
4. The sine of the porch additions shall not be Iarger than 230 square feet.
S. The thr.te-season porches must be set back eight feet from property Wren.
6. The units eligible for the porch additions aro identified on the Cimarron Bast
Homeownws Association plan dated June 22, 1994.
Adopted by the City Council on July 11, 1994.
