APPROVMG SITE PLAN AMENDMENT, CONDITIONAL USE PERM[T AND
VARIANCE FOR VOLP MANAGING FOR PROPERTY LOCATES) AT 14100
AND 14MS 23RD AVENUE NORTH (94052)
WHEREAS, Volp Maaaft has reqmMed approval for a Site Plan Amendment,
Coodhiood Use Permit and Variance to expand the outside se rap for property located
at 14100 and 14025 23rd Avenue Nath.
The property is more specifically described as:
Lots 3 and 4, Block 1, Volp Addidoo, Haiaepin County, Minnesota.
WIEEAS, the Plaoninj Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
PuM Haring and recommehds approval;
NOW, MMMRE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE arY COUNCM OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the request by Volp Managing for a Site Plan Amandmeat, Conditional Use Permit and
Variance to expand the outside storage for property located at 14100 and 14025 23rd
Avenue North, subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Bogeneer's Memorandum
2. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, reguladm and ordinances, and
violation thereof &hall be grounds for revocation.
3. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Improvement Perform amce
Agreanerrt for completion of the improvements within 12 mooch& of the date of
thio resolutioo.
4. Any signage &hd be in compliance with the ordinance.
S. Any subsupeut phases or oxpan&ioas are subject to required reviews and
approvals per ordinance provisions
6. Compliance with the ordinance regarding the location of fire lane signage and fLe
Ione sign details.
7. This Conditional Use Permit is for outside storage for Mlane&ota Pump and
Supply.
