APPROVING CONSULTANT AGRSEMMNI
WETLAND INVENTORY AND ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, the City is considering adopting a wetland ordinance; and
WHEREAS, in order to prepare a draft ordinsm, technical information is requited; and
WHEREAS, the City bas received proposals from qualified consultann to provide the
necessary information; and
WHEREAS; tboae proposals have !teen reviewed by City staff and it is recommended that an
agreenm of be entered into with Dahlgren, Shardlow, and Uban, Inc. (DSU) to provide the
necessary technical and professional services needed to complete a draft wetland inventory and
wethund ordinance.
NOW, iBRBPORB, BB IT EMMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTBL INCMiNESOTA: That the staff is authorized to enter into an
agreement with Dahlgren, Shardlow, and Uban, Inc. to provide the necessary technical and
professional aerobes to complete a weds nd inventory and draft wetland ordinance at a cost not
to exceed 561,100, plus up to $5,000 opt of pocket expenses.
FURTHER, that funding for the services is provided from the Storm Water Funds as follows:

Minnebaba Crook
Shingle Creels
