RESOLUTION 94-353B
AU'IHORIM0 SUBMISSION OF
1995 PARK GRANT APPLICATION
BB IT RESOLVED that the City of Plymouth act as legal sponsor for the project
contained in the Outdoor Recreation Grant Program Application to be submitt-d on
July 299 19941 and that the Director of Park and Recradon is hereby authorized to
apply to the Department of Natural Resources for funding of this project on bebelf of
the City of Plymouth.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Plymouth has the legal authOrky to
apply for financial assiwnce► and the institutional, managerial, and financial capability
to ensure adequate construction, operation, maintenanoe, and replacement of the
proposed project for its design M.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Plymouth has not incurred any costs
and has not enteed into any written agrecmennts to purchase property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Plymouth has not violated any federal,
stare, or local laws pertaining to fraud, bribery, graft, kickbacks, collusion, conflict of
Interest or other unlawflul or corrupt practice.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that upon approval of its application by the stare, the
City of Plymouth may enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota for the
above-rafere red project, and that City of Plymouth certifies that it will comply with
all applicable laws and regulations as stated in the contract agreement and described in
the Complianoss season of the Outdoor Recreation Grant Program Application.
NOW, THERBFORB, BE IT RESOLVED that the Director of Park and Recreation is
hereby authorized to execute such agreements as are necessary to implement the project
on behalf of tine applicant.
