CALLING FOR HEARING ON PAPROVEMENI'S
26TH AVENUE STREET Bo[PROVEM[ENTS

WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth, as pan of the 1994 Capital hWovemeota PM=t
proposed meet improvements on 26th Avenue; and
WHEREAS, adjacent property to the proposed improvements will receive benefit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE C17Y OF PLYMOUTH,MINMOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such area in accordance with
the report and the assessment of bendited properly for all or a porion of the
cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111
(Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of the
improvement of $416,631.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on July 25,
1994 in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center at 3400
Plymouth Boulevard at 7:00 p.m., and the Clerk shall give mailed and
published notice of hearing and improvements as required by law.
