RE,CE.IVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR HEARDiG ON
STREET LIGHTINIG NMOVEMMITS
ASPLUN D'S OAKWOOD SHORES ADDITION
WHEREAS, px=u t to a resolution of the Council adopted June 20, 1994 a report has
been prepared by the City BaSineer with respect to the improvement of Asplund's
Oakwood Shores Addition; and
WHBRBAS; the proposed project includes installation of ornamental residanial street
lights; and
VAMBAS, Bald report was received by the Council on June 20, 1994.
NOW, n=BPORB, BB IT HMUMY RESOLVED BY THB CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,MINMOTA:
1. The Council will consider the impmvement of such street 14MM in
accordance with the report and the assessment of meted property
for all or a portion of the oat of the improvement purmnt to
Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as
amended) at an estimated total oat of the improvement of $16.89 per
month.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the
18th day of July, 1994 in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth
City Center at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 7:00 p.m., and the Clerk
shall give mailed and published notice of such bearing and
improvements ss required by law.
