DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETTTTON AND
ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
STREET UGHMG - ASPLUND'S OAKWOOD SHORES ADDrMN
WHBRBAS, a petition has been received from the residents in Asplund's Oakwood
Stores Addition requesting Wallation of ornamental residential street lighting.
NOW, 711BRBFORB, BE IT HMMY RBSOLVBD BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THB CITY OF PLYMOUTH,1vINNBSOTA:
t. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Asplund's Oakwood Shores
Addition by the installation of residential ornamental street lighting, filed with the
City Council on June 20, 1994 is hereby declared to be signed by the required
percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in
conformance to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035.
2. The petition is hereby referred to the City Bagineer and he is instructed to report to
the City Council with W convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary
way as to whether the proposed improvement is fasible and as to whether it should
best be made as proposed or in conjunction with sotne other improvement and the
euimated coat of the improvement as recommended.
Adopted by the City Council on June 20, 1994.
