WH tEAS, prrsuant to a resolution of the Council adopted June 20, 1994 a repot has
been prepared by the City Bogineer with respert to the improvement of Timber Creek
and Lake Pads ii OU Addition; and
WHBRBAS; the proposed proms includes Installation of ornamental residertW street
lights; and
V61UWBAS, said report was received by the Council on June 20, 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HMMY RBSOLVBD BY THB CITY COUNCIL OF
THB CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such weer lighting in
accordance with the report and the assessment of benefited property
for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement punum to
Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as
amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $33.67 per
month.
2. A public baring shall be bold on such proposed improvement on the
18th day of July, 1994 in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth
City Center at 3400 Plymouth Boulavard at 7:00 p.m., and the Clerk
&ball give mailed and published notice of such bearing and
improvements as required by law.
