NOW, INEUPORB, BE IT HERIMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTB, Ivan MOTA:
1. A certain petition requiting the improvement of Timber Creek and Lab Puk
Heights Addition by the installation of mddentW ornamental street lighting, filed
with the City Council on June 20, 1994 is hereby decluW to be signed by the
required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declarttlar is
made in conformance to MiMMM Statutes Section 429.035.
2. The petition is bemby mfened to the City Bogiaeer and be Is Wdnmcted to report to
the City Coumn with all convenient speed advising the Coumil in a preftiuuy
way u to whether the proposed improvement Is fasible and u to wbethar it should
best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and the
estimated cost of the improvanent u recommended.
