WEMRBAS, in conformance with the development contract, we have received a Waiver of
Assessment Hearing from the property owner of Savannah waiving their right to special
assessment bearings w%why the installation of Woormalo Ara and all other apptrtteaancw

1. Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached haemo and made a part berg d, ]ins

and each tray of land therein included is hereby found to be I P 1 flied by the y al: a ad
iutpr+ovamemt in the amount of the assessment levied against it.
2. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments erserdiog over a l eriod of 5
years, the first of the installments to be pay" on or before the first Monday in January,
1995, and shall bear interest at the trate of 8.00% per annum hom the date of adoption of
this asses -Anent rwhaion. To the first installment shall be added latest on the entire
asseumentftom the date of this resohution until December 31, 1995. lb each subsequent
installment when due shall be added interest for one year on all unpaid installments.
3. The owner of hay property so assessed may, at any time prior to certification of the
assessment to the County Finance Director, pay the whole of the assessment on such
property with interest accrued to the ds+e of payment to the City Finance Director, except
that no interest gall be charged if the entire assessment is paid within 30 days from the
adoption of this resolution and he may at any time thereafter pay the City Finance Director
the entire amount of the assessment remaining unpaid with interest accrued to December 31
of the year in which such payment is made. Such payment must be made before
November 15 or interest will be charged through December 31, of the am sucoending
you.
4. The Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this asstxsnea to the County
Finance Director to be extended on the proper tax lista of the County and such assessmcats
shall be collected and paid over in the same manner as other municipal taxes.
5. The total cost of the improvement assessed by this resolution is $47,242
