LUNDGREN BROS. FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THB SOtTTIIDAST CORNER
OF Sl'MAIDT LAKE ROAD AND FBRNBROOL LAMB (93113)
WHEREAS, Lndgreo Bra. hu regnested a PW Plat for Sava nd located at the
southeast miner of Schmidt Labe Road and Padxoot Laos; sod,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared s Development Conteact covering the
lmpsovements related to said pht;
NOrr , THIREPORB, BE IT HFMY RESOLVED BY THS CITY COUNCIL OF
THS CTTY OF PLYMOUTH, MIMBSOTA, that it should and bacby don appove
the Final Plat and Development Coatwct for Lundgren Bra. for Savannah located at
the southeast cocoa of Schmidt Labe Road and Fernbrook Loe, ands
FURTHER, that the Development ConaW for said plat be app oved, and that the
Mayor and City Manger be autbocined to execute the Developmak Contract on bebaff
of the City.
