The property is more apeeiiially described as: Lot S, Block 7, Bridlewoot; Farm, Hennepin County. Minumota. WHIs'It M, the Planning Commission bu reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, T EIREPORB, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby don approve the request of Beth and Perry Boom for an Amended Planned Unit Devdopnent Plan and Conditional Use Permit for a 4 %-foot fence for property located at 18740 39th Avenue North subject to the following conditions: 1. No other amendments or variances are granted or implied. 2. All applicable requirements of the City and State Building Codes shall be Implemented and enforced; no Code requirements ars waived by this approval. 3. The granting of the permit Is responsive to standards of the Zoning Ordinance for Conditional Use Permits and PUD Plans. 4. The fence located in the front yard setback shall be no taller than 4 % feet. Adopted by the City Council on June 20, 1994.
