VnMRBAS, Laukim-Williams Porkers Labe has requatci approval of an Amended
Mixed Planned Unit Development Landscape Plan for Puffers Labe North 9th Addition
for property looted at Sbenandoah Lane and Vicksburg !ane; and
R/iiSRBA.S, the Planning Commission has reviewed or .1 request at a duly called
Public Mating and recommends approval;
NOW o THEREFORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
71M CITY OF PLYMOUTH, M[NNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the request of Lukka-Williams Parkers Lake for a Nixed Palmed Unit Development
Landscape Pian Amendmam for Fanners Lake North nth Addition for property kx ated
at Sbmandoah Lane and Vicksburg Law, subject to :he following conditions:
1. An alternative ground cover to sod is approved subject to the review and
approval of tho ground cover by the City Frresm.
2. The alternative ground cover is approved for the berm located on the west and
southwest portion of thr site as Wentitied on the plan dared April IS, 1994.
Adopted by the City Council on June 20, 1994.
