APPROVING SITB PLAN ANIMUMNT FOR ZM4AN CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 53S3 NATHAN LAMB NORTH

WHERBAS, Zeman Construction Company has requested a Site Plan Amendment for
the addition of 31 parking spaces for property located at 5333 Nathan Lane North; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Haring and recommends avroval;
NOW, THBRBFORB, BE IT HEUMY RESOI V® BY THE CTIY COUNCJL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINMOTA, that it d=W and hereby does approve
the request of Zeman Consauction for a Site Plan Amendment for 31 additional
parking spaces for property located at 5353 Nuhen Lane North, subject to the
following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Submission of required financial guarantee aM Site Improvement Performume
Agiaement for completion of site improvements within 12 months of the date of
this resolution.
3. Any signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance.
4. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required review., aid
approvals per Ordinance provisions.
5. Compliance with the Ordinance regarding the location of fire hydrants and fire
lames.
6. This Site Plan Amendment is for the addition of 31 parking gacm.
Adopted by the City Council on June 20, 1994.
