WEMPEAS, puursuaot to a resolution passed by the Council on December 6, 19939 the
City IR 99 has prepared plans and vocificatim for the impveameat of oeetaie
streets in Maiatensnoe Districts 11 and 13: All atrmts between 2% Avenue, 30th
Avenue, went of Dunkirk Lane and generally est of Merrimac Lane; and alp 2%
Avenue between Dunkirk Line and County Road 101; 27th Avenue and 211th Avenue:
between Niagara LA= and %ebrvok Laos by subpade oorreetioa, crack filling,
bituminous overlays, and partial r000mtrosxioo and has Ied a mb plans ane
specifications to the Council for appoval;

1. Such plan and Specifications. a copy of which is attached hereto and
made a part bereof, are hereby approved.
2. The City Clerk shall prepare and am to be inserted in the official
paper and In MaSjm9nj9WLjWjWn an advertisement for bids upon
the making of such improvement under such approved plans and
Weci iadoos. The adveutinment shall be published twice, shall specify
the work to be done, shall state that bids will be received by the City
Clerk until 10:00 a.m. on July 6, 1994 at which time they will be
publicly opened in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Cooter
building at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, Plymouth, Mhmsi..1, by the City
Manager and that no bids will be considered uakss sealed and filed with
the City Clerk and accompanied by a ash deposit, cashier's check, bid
bond or certified check payable to the City Clerk for five percent of the
amount of such bid.
