HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1994-331CITY OF PLYMOUTII RESOLUTION 94. 331 APPROVING M®CED PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PRELIMINARY MAN/FIAT, CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND VAWANCB FOR LAUIKA- WII/AMS PARKS S LAKE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF VICKSBURO LANE AND SHENANDOAH LANE (91032) Wi11REAS, Lukka-Williams Parken lab has requested approval for a Mooed Planed Unit Development Preliminary P1an/Pfat, Conditional Use Permit and Variamce for property located at the nordo t corner of Vicksburg Lame and Sbeoamdoah Lane. The property is more specifically describes as: Outlot B and Lot S, Block 1, Parioera We North 10th Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota. WiM1RBAS, the Planning Commission bas reviewed said request at a duly called Public Haring and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THB CITY COUNCII. OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and bereby does approve the request of Laukka-Williams Porkers Lake for a Mixed Planned Unit Development Preliminary Plan/Plat, Conditional Use Permit and Variance for property located at the northeast corner of Vicioiburg Lae and Sbenrandoah Time, subjea to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Removal of all hazardous trees from the property at the owner's expense. 3. No building permit shall be issued until a contract has been awarded for sewn and water. 4. Street immes shall comply with the City Street Naming System. S.
