AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF
AN RASE WM NT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS FOR FIRE, POLICE,
ANMUI.ANCE VEHICLES OR OTHER PUBLIC SERVICE EMERGENCY
PURPOSES TO AND FROM NIAGARA LANE NORTH WI1Ii OiT IA)T A
AND LOT 1, BLOCS 1, PAREMS LASE CORPORATE CENTER ADMION
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate an easement for ioposs and egress for
fire, polios, ambulance vehicles or other public service emergency purposes to and
from Nnigara Lane North within Outlot A and Lot 1, Block 1, Parkers Laine Corporate
Coater Addition; and
WHER AS; a public bearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for June 6,
1994 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 as amended; and
WiE EAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two
weeks prior to the meeting of June 6, 1994; and
WHEREAS, W property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified
by mail; and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on June 6, 1994 to inform any and
all interested panics relevant to the vacation of an asanect for ingress and egress for
fire, police, ambulance vehicles or other public service emergency purposes to and
from Niagara Lane North within Oudot A and Lot 1, Block 1, Parkers Labe Corporate
Center Addition; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements were not
needed for public purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the following casement be
vacated:
Description of easement to be vacated recorded under Document
Numbers 1997611 and 2005487:
A non-exclusive easement over Oudot A, Parkers Lake Corporate Center
according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minmaota,
consisting of that property lying between the following described line
and a line perpendicular to and 7.50 feet southerly of the following
described line: the northerly line of said easement is described as
beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 1, said Parkers Lake
Corporate Center; thence westerly along the south line of said Lot 1, a
distance of 310.00 feet and said line there terminating ("Basement
Ara"). Said easement as granted herein shall be restricted to the uses of
ingress and egress for fire, police, ambulance vehicles or other public
