DECLARING SURPUX PROPERTY AND AiTI'HORIMG CONVEYANCE OF
SURPLUS PROPERTY TO HEmNIzm COUNTY PARER
WE MBAs, the City owns approximately 14 acres of Luce Line Railroad between Vkduburg
Laos and I-494, and
WiONtBAS, Hemepio Pub hu Purchased property from the Looe Lim Railroad from
7%odore Wirth Park to I-494, and
WMUMAS, Hennepin Parks has offered to purchase the 1= bine trail from Vicksburg Igoe
to I-4949 and
WHEREAS, it is in the best ioteres s of the City to sell this property at this time,

1. the above described property is hereby declared surplus and tbat autbordy is
granted to convey the above described surplus property to Hennepin Pub for the
purchase price of $77,758.
2. the proceeds from the sale of this lard be deposited in the amount of $12,500 in
the park dedication fund and $65,258 to the storm aster flmd.
3. the City shall retain easements for all existing utility and drainage easements and
local trail accesses.
