DECLARING PROPERTY SURPLUS AND
AUTHORIMG CONVEYANCE OF THE SURPLUS PROPERTY TO THE
ADJOINWG LAND OWNER
CITY PROJECT NO. 310
WHERELAS, The City purchased approximately 3/4 of an acre of land from Nagpb Outdoor
Advertising Company in 1993; and
WHEREAS, approximately .13 of an acro of this property will not be needed by the City; and
WHEREAS, The City has reached a tentative agreement with the owner of Dundee Nursery to
swap this excess parcel for H& of way needed over approximately .07 of an acre of Dundee
property; and
WHEREAS; it is in the best interest of the City to swap the excess Naegeb property for the
Dundee property needed rather than pay cash.
NOW, TKEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCII. OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the above described property is hereby
declared surplus and that authority is granted to swap and convey the above described property
to Dundee Landscaping Company for right of way needed over Dundee property . TUe surplus
property shall be combined with the adjoining Dundee property to become one tax parcel.
Adopted by the City Council on June 6, 1994
