TRAFFIC SIGNAL AGREZlWMgT
HIGHWAY 55 AT COUNTY ROAD 61 AND FKRNBROOK LANK
CITY PROJECT NO. 210
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Plymouth enter into an agreement with the State of
Minnesota, Department of Transportation and Heanepin County for the following purposes, to
Wk.
Tb remove the existing traffic cootrd signal, inmil and remove Waporary
trafRc canard signals with street lights, and iowll a new traffic control signal
with street light, emergency vehicle pre-emption, interconnect and signing on
Trunk Highway No. SS at County State Aid Highway No. 61 Mentum Looe) -
County State Aid Highway No. 61 (Northwest Boulevard); and revise the
existing trait control signal with street lights, inter+cauroct and signing on
Trunk Highway No. 35 at Fembrook Lane in accordance with the terms and
conditions set forth and contained in Agreement No. 72097, a copy of which
was before the Council.
BE IT FURTHMt RESOLVED that the proper City officers be and hereby are authorized to
execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the City all of the
contractual obligations contained therein.
