AUTHORIZING FURCHASR OF

WHEREAS, tee 1994 city MW4W of the Cental Equipment Dividon provided nudes for the
ropbmx meot of a tactor backhodbader; and

perform, it is recommended that the equipment he purcbued from Midweat Machimyt Inc. at
a can of $269626.
NOR►, 'IHEREPORB, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCJL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MR4NESSOTA:
1. Purchase of a Jobn Deere Model No. 310D Tractor Backeoe/Loader from
Midwest Machinery, Inc. at a coat of $26,626, not including tax is bereby
approved.
2. Funds for the purchase of the equipment are allocated from the Central
Equipment Fund (602-602-921)
