REQUEST FOR PAY114JiNT NO.3 AND FINAL REVISED
NW -17 SANITARY SEWER
CITY PRONXT NO. 040
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and Ryan Contracting, Inc., as cootrsetor,
have entered into an agreement for the NW -17 Sanitary Sewer, City Project No. 040,
said agreement being dated January 28, 1992; and
WHEREAS; thr Engineer has certified his acceptance of the work and his approval of
the final request for payment, including materials received by the City for Phase n of
the project.

1. That the original contract amount was $159,543.78. No change orders
were approved and the value of the work to date is $134,233.98,
including materials received by the City for Phase D, and is herewith
approved.
2. That the work performed by the contractor for NW -17 Sanitary Sewer
and certified to the Council by the engineer as acceptable, being the
same, is hereby released from the engineer a acceptable from the
contract except as to the conditions of the performance bond, any and all
legal rights of the owner, required guarantees and correction of faulty
work after final payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 3 and Final U the amount of $24,500 to Ryan
Contracting, Inc. for NW -17 Sanitary Sewer in hereby approved and the
City Pinanw Director is hereby authorized and directed to pay the same
forthwith.
FURTHER, this resolution replaces Resolution No. 93-306 adopted June 7, 1993.
Adopted by the City Council on June 6, 1994.
