REQUESTING OFF SYSTEM USE OF STATE, AID FUNDS
C.S.A.H. 24, S.A. P. NO. 054"
CITY PROJECT NO. 031- PHASE II
WHEREAS, It has been deemed advisable and oecewry for the City of Plymouth to
participate in the coat of a construction project located on C.S.A.H. No. 24 within the limit
of said municipality; and
WHEREAS, said construction project has been approved by the Commissioner of
Transportation and identified in his records as S.A.P. No. 1554X20.06.
NOW, THHREPORB, BE IT HEREBY PMOLVBD BY THE, CITY COUNCIL. OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That we do hereby appropriate from our Municipal
State Aid Street Funds the sum of $190039088.50 to apply toward the construction of OW
project and request the Commissioner of T mnspoRatioo to approve this authocintion.
