RECEIVE PETITION AND
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRELRWNARY REPORT
WEST BRANCH 3RD ADDITION - STREET AND UTIIdTY OMOVE1V ZN79
CITY PROJECT NO. 415
WHEREAS, the developer of West Branch 3rd Addition has petitioned the City to
make improvements to the West Branch 3rd Addition plitt bil the installation of 7 ton
Of
bituminous streets with concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer, watermmin, storm
drainage facilities, and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS; property benefited by such project will be assessed for all or a portion of
the cost of such improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111
(Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended);
NOW, 1HBRSFORB, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, IOTA: That the proposed improvements in
West Branch 3rd Addition be referred to Strpr-Roscoe-Fausch, Inc. for study and that
the engineers be instructed to report to the City Council with all convenient speed by
advising the Council in a prelhninary way, as to whether the proposed improvement h
feasible and as to whether it should be best made as proposed or in connection with
some other improvement, and the estimated cost of such an improvement as
recommended.
