APPROVING PLANS AND SPECMCATIONS AND
ORDERING ADVERTISENMM FOR BIDS
COUNTY ROAD 24MMINA ROAD AMPROVI hWM - PHASE 11
CITY PROJECT NO. 031
wH REAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on May 18, 1992 the City's
Consulting Engineer. StrBarRoscoe-Rausch, Inc., has prepared plans and specifications
for the improvement of County Road 24/Medina Road - Phan 11 by the installation of
wamnain, storm sewer and street improvements and has presented such plana and
specifications to the Council for approval;
1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and
made a part hereof, aro hereby approved.
2. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official
paper and in The ConstruWaAdkdn an advertisement for bids upon
the making of such unprovemem under such approved plana and
specifications. The adve 1homent shall be published twice, shall specify
the work to be done, shall state that bids will be received by the City
Clerk until 10:00 a.m. on June 30, 1994, at which time they will be
publicly opened in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center
building at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota, by the City
Manager and the no bids will be considered union sealed and filed with
the City Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid
bond or certified check payable to the City Clerk for five percent of the
amount of such bid.
