WHEREAS, the Development Cootrnct provided for a Tree Preservation Phm; and,
WHEtBAS, the developer povided a fin =W 1p -Antes in the amount of $3,547.30
to secure execution of the Tne Preservation Pian, and,
WHEREAS. EAS. the City Forester hu ossified ?at development hu complied with the
Tree Preservation Pisa, and he now recommods releam of the fh a=W guamstee;
NOW, 1HEREFOR& B81T HEREBY RTASOLV® BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNBSC, :.:, that ft should and hereby does suththodu
the release of the financial pwnntee in tpa amount of $5,347.50, which was submitted
to Suaraotee Tree Preservation for Rodfird Bstates.
