WEEREAS, a Site Plan for Oakwood Blemeetary School was approved under City
Coundl Rnoiation 91-127; and,
WHMUTAS, the developer nbmhted the repird Site Pwb mance Guarantee in the
form of a Savings Certificate in the amount of $98,111.00; and.
WHBRBAS, the City Council ruder Resolution 92-118 authorized the reduction of the
Savhrp Certificate to 569496.30; and.
WHMtEA.S, upon notion from the developer, City staff has iorpected said site and
recommends release of the flmocW suuaoam;
NOW. 'I FORE, BE 1T HiHt>1$Y RBSOLVHD BY THE C1TY COUNCEL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTB, MMMOTA, that it should and hereby don authorize
the release of the Savisp Certitkw in the amount of $6.496.30, which was nbookled
to 8uanom site improvements for Oakwood Mmeotsry School.
