Council Resolution 87-144; ad,
WEMMAS, the developer abmitted the vapired Site Performance Ciwmae in the
form of a Bond in the amount of 5262,845.00 and,
WHBRBAS, the City Council, under Resolution 89-2029 authorized the reduction of
the Bond to $10,700.00; and,
