Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Payment of part dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with the Dedication Policy in ef%ct at the time of Ming the plat. 3. No building permits shall be issued until a contact has been awarded for the construction of municipal aewrar and water. 4. Removal of all hazardous trees from the property at the owner's expanse. S.
