APPROVING MPUD FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR
HARSTAD HOMES INC. FOR MD(D PLANNED UNIT DBVKDPMBNT FOR
'SUGAR HILLS 3RD ADDITION' LOCATED AT 36TH AVENUE NORTH AND
COUNTY ROAD 9 (94044) (MKW 92-1)
WMUtEAS, Hanhd Homer hu requested Final Plat for 'Sugar Hills 3rd Addition'
located at 36th avenue North and County Road 9; and,
WKWUM, the City staff hu prepared a Development Coub ct coverfmg the
improvemmu related to uW plat;
NOW, TiEEFORE, BE IT HEItEMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it dmN and hereby does approve
the Final Plat and Development Contras for Strafed Homes Inc. for Suer Hills 3fd
Addition located at 36th Avenue North and County Rud 9, and,
FURTHER, that the Development Comms for uW plat be approved, and that the
Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contras on behalf
of the City.
