RESOLUTION 94.311
APPROVING SITE FLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND VARIANCE
FOR HOLIDAY COMPANIES FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST
CORNER OF SOUTH SHORE DRIVE AND HIGHWAY SS (93100)
wHBREAS, Holklay Compania, has requested a site Plan and Coation.l Use Permit
for a Holiday Station located at the Northeast corner of South Sbore Drive and
Highway ss.
The property is more gwlflcauy described as:
Lots 1 and 2, sloop 2, Schiebe'a Highland view Addition, according to the plat
thereof on fib and of record in the office of the County Recorder in and for
Hanepin County, Minnesota; and,
Lots 12 and 13, Block 2, Schlebe's Highland View Addition, including any PRft
or portion of any street or alley a ljamt thereto, heretofore vacated or to be
vacated. Except: That part of Lot 13, Block 2, and Florence Avenue,
Schlebe's Highland View Addition, described as follows: Beginning at a point
on the southerly line of said Lot 13, So feet easterly of the southwest corner of
said Lot 13, measured along aid southerly Ifne of Lot 13; thence southeasterly
along the southerly line of Lot 13, the soutberly lino of Lot 13 extended across
ploy morn Avenue, now vacated, the southerly Ilne of Mock S and the southerly
line of Block S, extestded to the centerline of Francis Avenue, now vacated;

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has revie` rod said request at a duly called
Public Haring and recommeds approval;
NOW, n0RBFORE, BE IT HERESY RESOLVED BY TIM CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MMMOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the request of Holiday Compania for a Site Phu► and Conditional Use Permit for i
gasoline service station located at the corner of South Sbore Drive and Highway SS,
subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Bghneer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of Fvk dedication fete -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with the
Dedication Policy in effect at the time of building permit bsuance.

3. Complissoe of Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevatlons for
new sttua es on sites adjacent to, or containing any open storm waww drainage
ttaday.
4. The developer shall MOM the farce adjaoest to the mobile home part, with a
six-foot wood hens. 7% City of Plymouth shall maintain the hone atter

11. No building permit to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and with Sauupin
County. Permits for Installation of the underground tanks may be issued prior
to tiling the Host Plat.
