HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1994-3110 CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 94.311 APPROVING SITE FLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND VARIANCE FOR HOLIDAY COMPANIES FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SOUTH SHORE DRIVE AND HIGHWAY SS (93100) wHBREAS, Holklay Compania, has requested a site Plan and Coation.l Use Permit for a Holiday Station located at the Northeast corner of South Sbore Drive and Highway ss. The property is more gwlflcauy described as: Lots 1 and 2, sloop 2, Schiebe'a Highland view Addition, according to the plat thereof on fib and of record in the office of the County Recorder in and for Hanepin County, Minnesota; and, Lots 12 and 13, Block 2, Schlebe's Highland View Addition, including any PRft or portion of any street or alley a ljamt thereto, heretofore vacated or to be vacated. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has revie` rod said request at a duly called Public Haring and recommeds approval; NOW, n0RBFORE, BE IT HERESY RESOLVED BY TIM CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MMMOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Holiday Compania for a Site Phu► and Conditional Use Permit for i gasoline service station located at the corner of South Sbore Drive and Highway SS, subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with the City Bghneer's Memorandum. 2. Payment of Fvk dedication fete -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with the Dedication Policy in effect at the time of building permit bsuance.
