HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1994-310s CITY OF PLYMOUTH ABSOLUTION 94. 310 APPROVING PRDHEMMNARY PLAT AND VARIANCE FOR HOLIDAY COMPANIES FOR PROPERTY LOCATRD AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SOUTH SEORE DRIVE AND HIGHWAY SS (93100) WHEREAS, Holiday Companies has requeded a Preliminary Plat and Variance for the Holiday Addidon, for one lot on 1.12 acres located at the northeast comer of South Shore Drive and Highway 55; and, WIIBRBAS0 the Planning Commission las mvkwod said request at a duly called Public Hoeft and recommends approval; NOW, T HEREPORB, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, IIONNESOTA, that it should and busby does approve the request of Holiday Companies for a Preliminary Plat and Variances for one lot located at the northeast comer of South Shore Drive and Hlthway 35, subject to the following conditions: Compliance with the City Bntineer's Memorandum. 2. Rmm) of all hazardous trees from the property at the owner's expense. 3. No building permits shall be issued until a contract hu been awardnd for sewer and water. 4. Payment of park dedication fees in -lieu of dedication in accordance with the Dedication Policy in effect at the time of filing the Final Plat. S. Street names shall comply with the City Street Naming Symm. 6. Compliance of Polio Resolution 79-80 retarding minimum floor elevations fbr new structures on sites a4*mt to, or containing any open storm water drainage facility. 7.
