BOULEVARD AND CAMPUS DRIVE (94042)
WE03REAS, Told Development Company has requested a MPUD Pidbnimry Plan
and Conditional Un Permit for a 16000 square foot building on Lot 2, Block 1 In
the 9th Addition of Northwest Busmen Campus located at the northeast corner of
Northwest Boulevard and Campus Drive; and.
WH3REAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
am
NOW, TH0EFORB, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNC L OF
TIM CITY Or PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the request by Told Development Company for a MPUD Preliminary Phan and
Coodidooal Use Permit for a 166,000 square foot building on Lot 2, Bloch 1 !n the
9th Addition of Northwest Business Campus located at the northeast corner of
Northwest Boulevard and Campus mpus Drive, subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
3. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with the
Dedication Policy in dFl ct at the time of building permit issuance.
3. Compliance with Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations
for am structures on site adjacent to, or containing any open storm water
drainage facility.
4. Any signage shall be in compliance with the approved Site Plan.
S. Any subsequent phase or expansions aro subject to required reviews and
approvals per Ordinance provisions.
6. Compliance with the Ordinance regarding the location of fire hydrants and fire
hate.
7. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the enclosure structure,
and no outside storage is permitted.
8. An 8 1/2'x 11 inch "As Built" Fire Protection Plum shall be submitted prior to
the release or reduction of any site improvement bonds per City Policy.
9. The Amended Mixed Planned Unit Development Preliminary Plan and
Conditional Use Permit is for loading facilities on the east aide of the building.
10. Relocation of the required storm water pond south and west of the current
location to eliminate the removal of tree adjacent to Plymouth Creek.
11. Rebc Oon of a poetic of the City trail to the cut aide of the relocated storm
Mater pond at an ebmitioo above the Hundred Year High Weser Mack ad is a
location aooaptable to the Cky Parb Director.
