WHBRBAS, William and Sheryl Hippee have requested an Amended Planned Unit
Tim Melopmeot Plan and COnditlonal Use Permit for an eigk4bot Ade yard setback
located at 17305 Sth Avenue North.
The property is more specifically described as follows:
Lot 13, Block 1, Bud Oaks, Hennepin County, Mhemots.
Wi ERBAS, the Planning Cornmiubn has reviewed said inquest at a duly called
Public Haring and recommends approval;
NOW, 'MORE, BE rr iEMMY RBSOLVBD BY THE CrrY COUNCQ. OF
THE C17Y OF PLYMOUTH, MINNBSOTA, that it should and bereby does approve
the request of William and Sberyl Hippee for an Amended Planed Unit Development
Plan and Conditional Use Permit for an eight -foot Ade yard setback located at 17305
Sth Avenue North, subject to the following conditions:
I . No other amendments of variances are granted or bgMW.
2. All applicable requirements of the City and State Building Codes shall be
implemented and enforced; no Code requirements are waived by this approval.
3. The Planned Unit Development Proliminiq Plan Amendment IrppropdaWy
addresses the criteria of the Zoning Ordinance for Conditional Use Permits and
PUD Plans.
4. The sine of a third &tall garage dwil be 12 feet by 24 fleet.
