The property is more specifically described as follows: Cimarron Bast, including all Lob and Block&, Hmn*n County, Minnesota. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, 7HBRBA0RE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNC L OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of the Cimarron Ponds But Homeowners Association for an Amended Planned Unit Development Plan and Conditional Use Permit to allow expansion of alvdflc units located at 19th Avenue North was of Fernbrook Lane, subject to the following conditions: 1. No other amendments of variances aro granted or implied. 2. Ali applicable requirements of the City and State BuildinS Codes shall be implemented and enforced; no Code requirements are waived by this approval. 3. The PUD Prellminary Phan Amendment appropriately addresses the criteria of the Zoning Ordinance for Conditional Use PwWts and PUD Phu. 4. The sloe of the porch additions shall be not I&W than 250 square feet. S. The three -season porches must be art back eight feet flom property lines. 6. The units eligible for the porch additions are identified on the Cimarron Bast Homeowner Association plan dated April 23, 1994. Adopted by the City Council on June 6, 1994.
