FOR PROPERTY LOCATED A: 9700 567H AVENUE NORTH MM3) WBMEAS, Superior Ford, Inc. has requested a Site Plan Amendment and Conditional Use Permit for a building expansion. The property more specifically described as follows: Lot 1, Block 1, Baas Labe Plan 3rd Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota. WiIMREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Haring and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Superior Ford, Inc. for a Site Plan Amendment and Conditional Use Permit for a building expansion located at 9700 56th Avenue North, subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Compliance of Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor eW adons for new structures on rites adjacent to, or contaWng any open storm water drainage facility. 3. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Performance Agreement for completion of site improvements within 12 months of the date of this resolution. 4. Any sipuage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance. S. Any subsequent phm or expansim are subject to required reviews and approvals per Ordinance provislom. 6. Compliance with the Ordinance regarding the location of fire hydrants and fire Wes and fire doll sheet requirements. 7. All waste and waste containers shall be stored insidr. B.
